Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your consultation appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients’ needs while also respecting our own time and resources, we have created the following consultation cancellation policy: You may cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, you will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee. If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing prior notice, you will be charged the full consultation fee and no refund will be provided. Please note that we require a valid credit card to reserve your consultation appointment. By booking a consultation with us, you agree to our cancellation policy and authorize us to charge your credit card in accordance with the policy if you fail to cancel or reschedule within the specified time frame. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an effective and efficient schedule for all of our clients.
